Miranda and her family came down from the Sacramento area to visit her brother. He is currently studying at Cal Poly under the Engineering Program. During their visit, Miranda wanted to get some beach photos to celebrate her senior year in high school. Spending time in the sand and water is something that brings her a lot of happiness. So we ventured to Avila Beach to do some senior portraits and some sibling photos! As you can see in these photos, we had perfect weather, and she was a natural to photograph.
And I’m also thinking of Miranda, her friends, and all of those who are graduating this Spring. My heart aches that you aren’t able to celebrate with your friends, have a party, or have a ceremony and get your well-earned diploma. It will be different this year due to the pandemic. But this doesn’t lessen any of your accomplishments! You have put in the work, so be sure you celebrate at home. Have a virtual dance party, make a special meal, buy a new fun outfit, and have a Zoom party with all the ones you love! And once this passes, let’s capture this time with photos.
