Earlier this month, I did something different for myself and my business and I am eternally grateful I did. I was one of 14 girl bosses who attended the 4th edition of the LindenClover Workshop at the Flying Caballos Ranch in San Luis Obispo, California. My good friend, Kristyn, encouraged me to attend at least one to two workshops a year. And now I understand why. I had no real expectations going into it, except I wanted to absorb as much as I could during those 48 hours. The workshop was so much more than instruction and techniques. It was community, being honest with ourselves, and giving ourselves the space to grow. We were asked what seemed like simple questions, but led to deep, heartfelt discussions about our goals and our fears. What did we love about ourselves? What are we struggling with right now? And what do we hope to get from this workshop? So, in short, I took away that I am doing just fine and I am right where I am suppose to be. And we were cared for by this amazing team. Every detail was thought out and too beautiful to put into words.

On the first night, we chased the sun. There was no structure. We just took pictures, tried new things with the aim to get us inspired all over again. Then, we had a delightful dinner under the stars with meaningful conversations and all the wine!
Then day two included everything and more! The morning included some business talk, branding know-hows, and workflows explained by Sarah and Lindsey. We ate more delicious food and then got some posing 101 from Michelle. A couples hours passed where we got to work/rest as needed and LindenClover met with each of us one on one. Even if it was for a few minutes, I was able to learn where my business needed to go. Then it was off to the styled shoot at the brand new barn on the property! Stunning and sophisticated, I enjoyed capturing some of the details. And the night wouldn’t be complete without another fantastic meal, delightful cocktails, and a dance party to cap off the night!
And you can’t forget about chasing the sun with some epic sunset photos of the gorgeous couple!
And, enjoy the video Chelsea made capturing all the fun we had!
