A wedding is an honorable celebration between a man and a woman who are vowing to each that they will support, love, and care for each other forever. Christiana and Dean took this seriously as they tied the knot at the historic Heritage Museum in beautiful downtown Arroyo Grande, California. The weather was a bit of a hindrance, so the family moved the reception indoors at a nearby reception hall. Let me leave it to the groom to share their story because it is truly love at first sight!

“My life was forever changed on the evening of Sunday, July 10, 2016 when Christiana walked through the door and I first witnessed her gorgeous smile looking back at me. The official story is that we quickly became friends that week as we served together as camp staff, but between you and me, she had me at “Hello.” I was excited to become more than “friends” with her, but it was her who made the first move and asked me out to a date at the melodrama on August 10^th. Even though she’ll deny it, I asked her out to lunch on our first “unofficial” date, and we had several of those before our first “official” date at the melodrama. Needless to say, we were hooked on each other. Ten days later, I fell in love with the most amazing woman in the world while walking together on the beach hand-in-hand and kissed for the first time. From that moment, I knew that Christiana was the one for me. She became my best friend, soul mate, and love of my life. God made it undeniably clear to me that Christiana is a blessing from Him, an answer to prayer, and called to be my partner in ministry, and that I am called to be her husband. On April 09, 2017, I asked her to be my wife, and she made me the happiest man in the world by saying a resounding, “Yes!” We are living a busy and fast-paced life right now. We rarely have a dull moment, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.”
