This Spring I was able to attend my second Linden Clover Workshop. After attending last year, I knew that I wanted to spend more time with the ladies I had made instant friend with. This two-day workshop was hosted at one of my favorite venues, with some of my favorite ladies, with my favorite food and beverages about ten minutes from my house.

This workshop has a unique perspective compared to other workshops. It’s more of a retreat. You get space to let your mind rest, create without expectations, and voice talk about the deep stuff. This year’s theme centered loosely around the lunar cycle. The biggest thing I took away was this: So don’t get bogged down in a certain cycle or season of life. That was my biggest takeaway. It will change. Our lives & careers are ever-changing as we grow into the best version of ourself, today!! Try to not be overly critical of myself and others.

Be intentional with your thoughts and actions towards yourself and others. It’s ok to pause before reacting.
