Nothing would stop these two from tieing the knot. Since the pandemic altered their plans, Rachel & Billy decided to have a backyard ceremony with their families. Originally, they would get married on the beach, so we opted for their first look to be in the exact spot on the beach in Cambria. Lots of boho vibes here with a stunning dress from A Heart’s Desire in downtown San Luis Obispo. I adored the balance of the navy, greenery, and shades of white to balance out their color palette.

I’ve known Rachel a few years now through my husband, who she use to work for. She is always bubbly with a big smile every time you see her. It truly lights up a room, so I knew their wedding day would be even more beautiful. Rachel & Billy enjoy spending time outdoors whether that be hiking, fishing, or hanging out with their pups. The Proposal Story ~ 3.30.2019

Billy purposed on March 30th, 2019. It was the best day! We went hiking in Morro Bay at Black Hill Trail. When we made it to the top, he asked me if I could grab some fruit snacks for him in the backpack. I grabbed it for him and handed him the box of fruit snacks. He then told me I needed to open it for him. I thought this was a little strange, but I did, and when I did, there lied a jewelry box with a ring in it. Billy then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! It was the best day and we were both extremely happy and gitty to call and tell our friends and family! We even let the hikers hiking up the hill know that we just got engaged!
